TERMS OF SERVICE

I. ArtI reserve rights to the artwork I create, and the commissioner maintains right to the character. My work is personal use only.
I have the right to deny any commission or character trade request at my digression.
The Commissioner and I alone can re-post the image on other sites in a non-profit manner, both providing proper credit for the character and artist, respectively.
The commissioner cannot change the image in any form unless it's a cropping purpose, preferably let me know if you do this, but not required.If caught tracing my art, or feeding my art into AI, you will become instantly BLACKLISTED and never able to get art or designs from me.

II. DesignsBy purchasing/trading a design created by me, you are agreeing to...
Edits to the design (not the artwork) are allowed as long as the credit for design remains.⭑(not necessary, but appreciated)⭑
Can be resold for the amount you bought them + the value of artwork you have commissioned of them, so long as the other artists allow adding their prices.If you trade a design, whether for art or another character, All monetary value is lost and you are not allowed to resell for monetary gain, this also applies to the person receiving the character.If you have been traded a character from me, and we discuss about a trade back, you cannot include the art I made for it, it can only be sold by the art added on you added.

III. UsageWhat you may do:Use as a sona, mascot, etc.Make any changes to the design as long as original credits remainAdd piratically anything else to the design, as long as it looks close to the original design.What you may not do:Claim you created the design.Resell for a higher price (exception being the addition of commissioned art). traded designs cannot be sold, only traded or gifted.Reupload to toyhou.se after transferringTrade a oc to me with inflated price due to the amount of art I Drew.PreferredKeep the created character visible to at least me so I may keep track of the designs. People havent been so kind as to do that with designs.

IIII. BlacklistsAs I believe blacklists are a necessary evil I will include this at the end of my tos to explain how it works. I have the right to put you on my blacklist, but it'll be a rare occurrence. I believe that someone warrants being put on a blacklist for something that SOLEY relates to my own copyright of my art and designs. YOU will be put on my blacklist if you:
- Purposefully tried to scam me out of money/art/designs
- Purposefully tried to threaten myself or my personal tiny circle of a few people (All be it: Doxxing, Threats of safety, asking too many personal questions that can lead to possible blackmail, ect.
- Trying to steal or force back a character that was previously traded. (This can include asking me over and over about specific oc's in a short span)
- Demanding me to get involved in something that may only affect me by a character design or art I've made, but was a drama not caused or directly affects me.
- Breaching TOS (i.e not crediting my art, not crediting my designs, trying to SELL traded/gifted designs, trying to con me/others for designs, trying to monetize my art, ect.)
- Making a giant stink about a situation that could of easily been talked through in personal DM's or with a third party assistance.
YOU WILL NOT BE ADDED ON MY BLACKLIST JUST BECAUSE I DISLIKE YOU OR SOMETHING YOU DONE.
That's just stupid, and clearly only holding a grudge.

I am not required to list a reason as to why you are on my blacklist. If anyone has any questions to anyone on the blacklist- please personally DM me.

Commissions

My commission prices will be based on what medium I use. I draw Traditionally and Digitally using Mechanical Pencils/ Sharpie, and Paint Tool Sai Vers. 2Prices will double per character added to the image. Prices are also subjected to change. If you have any questions on prices, any other options not listed below, or wanting any Works In Progresses- Please privately contact me.
